Over the course of her career, Karen-Denise has developed an understanding of policy interpretation, coverage issues and litigation strategies useful in both State and Federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.

Karen-Denise has filed and defended litigation involving CGL, professional liability, and homeowners policies; duty to defend and duty to indemnify issues; and a wide variety of first-party property issues arising out of product failures, fires and water damage.
