Nicole M. Hampton
Nicole Hampton is a partner with Hines Hampton Pelanda, LLP. Her practice focuses on insurance bad faith, coverage litigation and business litigation, including corporate compliance, employment litigation and defense of class action/PAGA claims.
Nicole has been with the firm since July 2001. She graduated from Western State University College of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List and was one of two students selected to participate in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals pro bono legal program allowing law students an opportunity to brief and present oral argument on behalf of a client selected by the 9th Circuit program administrator.
She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national honor society for collegiate schools of business and is admitted to practice before all courts in the States of California and Nevada. Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in business finance from California State University, Long Beach. She has been practicing law for over 25 years.
